Job Overview

Taylorollinson are working with a well-renowned scientific equipment manufacturer who are seeking a results-driven Export Sales Manager to expand their international market reach and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales, excellent negotiation skills and a background working with laboratory equipment/scientific products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales with international buyers.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for business growth.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience working in B2B sales and distribution or export sales for a scientific equipment company
  • Proven experience in export sales, international business, or global trade.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in multiple languages would be beneficial
