My client are a prominent supplier of packaging solutions based in the Greater Sheffield area. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Internal Account Manager to join their team. Looking after a range of accounts and working closely with the external sales team to drive growth in the UK market, this role has a full time office presence.
The Role
- Look after a range of Existing Accounts
- Generating sales and identifying new business opportunities
- Manage and own the sales order process using ERP system, addressing queries, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage all customer communications
The Candidate
- Experience dealing with Existing accounts
- Previous customer service experience / sales experience
- Comfortable with all aspects of the role- account management, customer service, and administration
