Elevation Recruitment are excited to be working with a leading manufacturer in search of an Internal Sales Executive to join their machining division. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a vital role within the sales team, providing an outstanding experience and growing the current customer base.

The Role

  • Producing estimates and quotations, often working with customer drawings
  • Processing customer sales orders
  • Answering telephone inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Liaising with suppliers for pricing, availability of products
  • Managing existing customer relationships and helping to generate new business
  • Following up on key quotations and leads generated through the company's website
  • Providing technical assistance to customers, ensuring they choose the correct product specifications for their needs
  • Collaborating closely with sales and production teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Manufacturing or machining background is desirable but not essential
