Our client is a leading travel brand looking to a recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join there broader marketing team and lead the marketing plan for the business.
The business Is high profile, fast paced and has recently enjoyed a significant influx of investment and it’s a great time to be joining the organisation and they look forward to their next period of growth.
This role will be key to the organisation moving forward and will be a nice mix of strategic involvement whilst also getting hands on in certain areas to manage campaigns.
The Role :
- Leading the marketing plan for the business you will adopt a strategy that aligns to commercial goals.
- The role will cover both B2C and B2B communications as they engage the consumer but also look to develop a corporate client base.
- Drive internal engagement to drive the organisations vision and values throughout the business.
- Oversee digital marketing with an agency partnership, ensuring value for money across Social, Web, E mail and SEO/PPC
- Manage budgets and keep close to ROI and commercial return.
- Track and monitor campaigns, ensuring data leads decision making.
- Manage key stakeholders externally and internally.
The Person :
- A strong commercial marketing with B2B and B2C marketing credentials career to date.
- Strong digital knowledge with experience of managing agency relationships.
- Full mix experience with strategic marketing experience gained agency or client-side.
- Budgetary management experience, and be able to evidence commercial return.
- Fantastic communicator, being able to engage at all levels.
- Manage a small team, ideally with experience of this in a role career to date.
- Ideally some experience of CRM systems.
