CNC Miller Operator

Hours: 40 hours per week (Rotating Days/Nights)

Shift Pattern:

• Days: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Nights: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Metalis is currently supporting a leading manufacturer of high-precision, critical components for a wide range of sectors, including oil & gas, MOD, Nuclear, and engineering. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, they are looking to expand their team with a CNC Miller/Operator to support their growing operations.

We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller/Operator to join our client's team, working on a rotating days/nights shift pattern.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a machinist to work with high-grade materials such as Inconel 718, manufacturing precision components for critical industries.

• Manufacture components from engineering drawings while following company quality procedures.
• Operate CNC Milling Machines, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Work with high-grade materials, including Inconel 718, while maintaining strict tolerances.
• Follow health & safety standards and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Optimize machine tool capabilities to achieve efficient cycle times and meet production targets.

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience (heavy / harder material industry experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of tooling applications and machine tool capabilities.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience operating CNC machines in a precision manufacturing environment.
