Are you an experienced fettler with a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Fettler to join our team, working with castings to meet high-quality standards and remove defects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fettling and finishing of castings to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Remove defects and imperfections in castings to prepare them for further processing
- Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations
- Safely operate a crane for the lifting and movement of heavy materials
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as required
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fettling and working with castings
- Strong focus on quality and defect removal
- Crane licence (essential)
- Ability to work across all shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
- Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and demanding tasks
- Team player with good communication skills
