Due to an increased workload from established clients, the consultancy is looking to add a Graduate Building Surveyor to their team. Responsibilities will include condition surveys, PPM surveys, defect analysis, feasibility reports, and a range of project work. You will gain experience on projects such as heating replacements, extensions, refits, and renovations, covering both new builds and heritage properties.
