  • Provide quality assurance by reviewing component designs on a range of projects.
  • Train the team members in industry standard practices for estimation and design.
  • Consult with customers and adding value through offering insights.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients & stakeholders.
  • Assist in the efficiency in creating take-offs, pricing/quotes, and quality assurance.
We’re looking for a Head of Design with:
  • Extensive experience within the timber/residential industry.
  • Knowledge on Design, Estimation and Quality Assurance.
  • Proficient in software: MiTek, Wolf, Gangnail, Consultec or Industry equivalents.
  • Understanding of construction documents plans, building materials, and residential building standards.
  • Passion for technology and be comfortable working in a virtual environment with international teams.
  • Takes pride in their work and does so with a high-level honesty and integrity.
