Are you an experienced Contract Manager looking for a new challenge?
Randstad are currently working with a long-standing client looking for a contract manager to join their small team based in Sheffield to oversee the running of a wing within a hospital. You would be responsible for the supervisor, an electrician and a mechanical engineer.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary Up to 53,000
- 5,000 car allowance per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the maintenance schedule is prepared, agreed and delivered in line with SLA's
- Maximise KPI Performance of engineers and contractors
- Provide technical advice in respect of maintenance on relevant repair issues
- Resolve issues in the most cost-effective way
- Co-ordinate projects to minimise disruption and inconvenience
- Complete monthly reports
- Take part in the on call escalation list (Site visits not required)
- Attend courses where necessary for professional growth
Ideal Candidate
- Experience of Contract Management from either an electrical or mechanical background
- Experience of managing a team
- Level 3 electrical or mechanical qualifications
- IOSH (Mandatory)
- NEBOSH (Desirable)
