Are you an experienced Contract Manager looking for a new challenge?

Randstad are currently working with a long-standing client looking for a contract manager to join their small team based in Sheffield to oversee the running of a wing within a hospital. You would be responsible for the supervisor, an electrician and a mechanical engineer.

5,000 car allowance per annum
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
35 days holiday (Including bank holidays)
Pension scheme - 5% candidate contribution, 10% client contribution

Responsibilities

Ensure the maintenance schedule is prepared, agreed and delivered in line with SLA's
Maximise KPI Performance of engineers and contractors
Provide technical advice in respect of maintenance on relevant repair issues
Resolve issues in the most cost-effective way
Co-ordinate projects to minimise disruption and inconvenience
Complete monthly reports
Take part in the on call escalation list (Site visits not required)
Attend courses where necessary for professional growth

Ideal Candidate

Experience of Contract Management from either an electrical or mechanical background
Experience of managing a team
Level 3 electrical or mechanical qualifications
IOSH (Mandatory)
NEBOSH (Desirable)
