Expanding alongside our thriving business, we're on the hunt for an adept Contracts Manager / Project Manager specialising in retail refurbishment projects on a hybrid / remote basis with occasional site visits required.
As the chosen Contracts Manager, you'll wield your proficiency in various digital tools and undertake a spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Efficiently managing and updating a workload tracker (Excel)
- Actively participating in site scoping meetings with client
- Conducting thorough site surveys
- Overseeing comprehensive site management from inception to fruition
- Leading the preconstruction phase, coordinating consultants and suppliers seamlessly
- Meticulously compiling site safety files, CPHSPs, and RAMs and leasing with PD
- Managing material requests, organizing trades, and coordinating logistics (Excel and online portal)
- Conducting routine site visits to ensure project alignment.
- Delivering concise weekly reports on program adherence, quality assurance, cost control, and health & safety standards
What we expect from our ideal Contracts Manager:
- Proven track record as a retail Contracts Manager
- Proficiency in managing retail construction sites with finesse.
- Possession of SMSTS/SSSTS certification (Preferred)
- Advanced MS Suite, including Excel, Projects, and other relevant software applications.
