Totum Partners are working with a leading law firm in Sheffield to recruit a Credit Controller.
Credit Controller – Key Responsibilities:
- Managing debtors and maintaining client relationships
- Focus on client satisfaction and communication
- Identify and implement solutions
- Contribute to process improvements
- Assist in developing and strengthening client relationships
- Review debts daily using and update system
- Liaise with clients
- Address client queries, escalating when necessary
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Understanding of credit control processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset for resolving queries
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
