Totum Partners are working with a leading law firm in Sheffield to recruit a Credit Controller.

Credit Controller – Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing debtors and maintaining client relationships
  • Focus on client satisfaction and communication
  • Identify and implement solutions
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Assist in developing and strengthening client relationships
  • Review debts daily using and update system
  • Liaise with clients
  • Address client queries, escalating when necessary

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Understanding of credit control processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset for resolving queries
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
