We are urgently seeking a Contact Centre Agent in the Sheffield area for a temporary full-time position.
The role involves answering incoming calls from residents regarding waste and recycling collections.
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week for a duration of 4-6 weeks, with working hours from 8.00am to 6.00pm daily.
Candidates should have customer service experience, a good telephone manner, strong communication skills, and good IT skills.
An immediate start is available for the right person, and the salary is competitive based on experience.

We are urgently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Contact Centre Agent in the Sheffield area. This is an office based role, answering incoming calls from residents of Sheffield in regard to waste/recycling collections. This is a full time 40 hour temporary role for 4-6 weeks in the first instance. Working times are 8.00am - 6.00pm daily.
