Customer Service Representative

Your new companyA well established, successful manufacturing company close to the Crystal Peaks area is recruiting a Customer Service representative to join them on a permanent basis.Your new roleWe are looking for an experienced customer service candidate who has worked in a fast-paced environment and who is open to change and to learning new skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team who will all be there to support you and ensure you will be a success! Duties:-

• Nurturing existing customer relationships
• Engaging with new customers and listening to their needs
• Working with your clients over the phone, via email and social media
• Offering solutions to sometimes complex queries
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Telling your customers about the latest promotions on offer

This is a customer service role, NOT a sales position.What you'll need to succeedYou must be used to working at pace and with accuracy. You will be organised and have good IT skills. If you have worked with SAP and/or Salesforce, you will have a distinct advantage. You must have clear communication and customer service skills.
