SUPERVISOR – MENSWEAR BRITISH BRANDNew Store Opening – Meadowhall

The Company:

Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales performance and staff potential, driving store success.
• Ensure all team members are thoroughly trained and proficient in store systems.
• Support the implementation of new policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence.
• Oversee effective stock management, ensuring product availability and accuracy.

The Candidate:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role within retail.
• Strong communication skills, paired with an organized and proactive mindset.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve sales goals.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

The Package:

• Competitive salary up to £28,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonus.
