THE ROLEAs a BI Manager, you will work at the intersection of compliance and data, leading efforts to produce actionable insights and reports that ensure adherence to regulatory standards. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess compliance impacts, generate high-quality visualizations, and present your findings to key stakeholders. This role will see you drive decision-making processes through data while fostering a strong culture of compliance within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports related to compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with other teams to assess the impact of compliance changes and provide actionable insights.
  • Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Create impactful visualizations (preferably using Power BI) to present insights clearly and effectively.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to communicate findings and influence compliance strategies.
  • Optionally leverage Python to enhance analytics capabilities and drive advanced insights.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • SQL Expertise: Strong command of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Visualization Proficiency: Advanced skills in Power BI (or similar tools) to create compelling dashboards and reports.
  • Banking/Financial Experience: Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly desirable.
  • Python Skills: While not essential, experience with Python is a plus for developing more advanced analytics solutions.
