An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic part-time Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Sheffield working witihn a KS2 class. This role requires a dedicated educator with a passion for inspiring young learners, for either 2 or 3 days per week.

• Support class teaching in delivering engaging and effective lessons following the KS2 national curriculum.
• Prepare pupils for SATs by reinforcing key skills in literacy, numeracy, and comprehension.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing support where needed to ensure individual needs are met.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and growth.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning and development.

• Proven experience working within Key Stage 2,
• A solid understanding of the primary curriculum and SATs preparation.
• Strong classroom management skills and a flexible, positive approach to teaching.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
