Day-to-Day of the Role:

As a SEMH Experienced Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Must possess a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
  • A confident and compassionate approach, with a dedication to going above and beyond to support the needs of pupils.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals.
