We have immediate placements available and welcome applications from candidates currently working with other agencies. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEMH needs in their educational and personal development.
- Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.
- Providing one on one or small group support to students.
- Helping with classroom management and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs.
- A compassionate and patient approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEMH support (preferred but not essential)
