Reed Business Support are delighted to be working with a leading construction organisation in their search for a commercial administrator. The ideal candidate would be strongly experienced within administration with a keen eye for detail.

Main Duties:

  • Collating, submission and chasing of other commercial documents which require authorisation by senior management.
  • Collating and producing logs of contractual notices / letters.
  • Collating and submission of monthly framework reports
  • Assist in the recording, distribution and uploading of all subcontract documents to Microsoft Teams
  • Supporting supplier orders/buying.
  • Assisting with administration relating to consultant appointments
  • Record, collate and submit E perform stats monthly.
  • Provide administrative support to the Social Impacts Manager
  • Liaise with Finance on payment of ad hoc invoices.
  • Retention release on old projects
  • Cash monitoring
  • General administration including printing, binding, scanning, archiving etc

About you:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • A high degree of confidentiality and awareness of GDPR protocols
  • Ability to react and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent degree of computer literacy and proficient in IT including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good standard of education including Maths and English
  • Punctual, reliable and committed, with a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to drive to be able to visit sites when required
