This is a really exciting opportunity for a Home Manager (nurse or non-nurse qualified) to manage a medium sized nursing home.
Working for a private and reputable care provider you will be responsible for managing a medium sized care home for older people both nursing and residential. The home is rated as Requires Improvement, however, many improvements have been made since the last inspection and we are looking for someone to continue with and further develop the home.
Rewards Package of Residential Care Home Manager:
  • £55,000pa basic salary (Reviewed annually) plus bonus
  • Up to 33 Days Annual Leave allowance
  • Opportunity to develop and progress
Responsibilities of Residential Care Home Manager:
  • Management of Finances and Budgets
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the home on a daily basis
  • You will lead, motivate and inspire your teams to ensure the care you are delivering is of the highest quality, exceeding the internal quality expectations as well as those of the CQC
The criteria to be successful in applying for this role:
  • Youll have a strong background in working with Older People
  • A dynamic, confident and innovative leader with good networking skills and the ability to manage a team with an open, approachable personality
  • You will have good longevity & experience of working in care homes for Older People along with good CQC reports
