This is a really exciting opportunity for a Home Manager (nurse or non-nurse qualified) to manage a medium sized nursing home.
Working for a private and reputable care provider you will be responsible for managing a medium sized care home for older people both nursing and residential. The home is rated as Requires Improvement, however, many improvements have been made since the last inspection and we are looking for someone to continue with and further develop the home.
Rewards Package of Residential Care Home Manager:
- £55,000pa basic salary (Reviewed annually) plus bonus

- You will have good longevity & experience of working in care homes for Older People along with good CQC reports
