Team Leader Positions
We are currently recruiting for Team Leaders to join our dynamic team, working alongside our existing leaders to support day-to-day operations and provide exceptional support to our teams.
This is a full-time role (40 hours) with the opportunity to work additional paid hours. The annual salary for this role is £28,531.00-£30,862.00, depending on experience.
Role Overview
As a Team Leader, you will:
- Take responsibility for a group of support staff and care packages within one of our three larger localities.
- Provide hands-on, front-line support, delivering guidance and advice where it matters most.
- Spend part of your contracted hours working directly with the People We Support, leading by example and ensuring the highest quality of care.
- Act as a key link between direct care staff and the operations team, influencing the direction of the organisation.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Supervising experience: Minimum of 1 year (required).
- Driving experience: Minimum of 1 year (required).
- A valid driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
