Free ParkingAs an Office Manager you will be responsible for a variety of roles including:
- General customer service - email & phone- handling general enquiries, sales orders and service calls
- Creating quotes and processing orders using Sage
- Sales order processing
- Raising purchase orders
- Update on delivery times/delays
- General office admin
- Raising VAT invoices for customers and invoicing orders for payment
- Maintaining CRM system
