Senior Solar Roofer

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the renewable energy sector for a skilled and qualified Senior Solar Roofer. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior role with leadership responsibilities, offering excellent benefits and significant earning potential.

Senior Solar Roofer Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on a variety of roofing types.
• Supervising and training a team of roofers in solar installation techniques.
• Carrying out inspections to ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborating with electricians and other teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues during installation and maintenance.

Senior Solar Roofer Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in solar roofing or general roofing with solar experience.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Roofing or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience leading roofing teams on large or complex projects.
• Strong understanding of different roofing systems and solar panel installation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and manage a team.
• Full UK driving licence.

Senior Solar Roofer Benefits:

• Competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum.
• Generous bonus structure with on-target earnings (OTE) up to £100,000.
