Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a well-established and growing professional services firm, is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, valuations, and business advisory services. They will play a key role in identifying new opportunities and supporting business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and interpret financial data to assist with reports and presentations
- Support the preparation of company valuations and financial forecasts
- Conduct research and approach target companies for sell-side mandates
- Assist in running marketing campaigns to promote the corporate finance team
- Contribute to various other corporate finance-related tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements
- AAT qualified and/or part-qualified ACCA/ACA.
- Strong data analysis and financial modelling skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Sage 50, Xero, or QuickBooks (preferred).
- Proactive and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
