A leading financial institution is looking to expand its Credit Risk strategy team by bringing in a new Lead Analyst to enhance the company's lending policy and develop new strategy proposals. You'll be able to work with a team of talented individuals and develop your skills.

THE ROLE
- Predominantly focused on the design of acquisition strategies and setting risk appetite
- Maintain and monitor existing strategies and portfolios, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating with the underwriting team to understand customer eligibility
- Engaging with senior stakeholders, building consensus, and negotiating strategy proposals
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Credit Risk strategy experience, working on an unsecured portfolio
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in either SAS, SQL, Python
