Parkinson Lee Executive Search are currently recruiting an Interim Head of Finance to lead the financial operations for a fast paced and high growth manufacturing business.
This is a pivotal role in overseeing financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and reporting while providing insights to drive profitability and operational efficiency, during a period of maternity cover for a period of 12-15 months.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, analysis and reporting.
- Drive cost optimisation and process improvements.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.

- You will be a qualified accountant, educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Significant experience operating within a senior finance capacity with demonstrable skills working for an international / manufacturing business.
- Strong leadership skills, able to coach, mentor, and organise your team and individuals within.
- You will be results driven, analytical in your approach, highly organised with an ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Highly skilled in the use of Excel with the ability to interrogate data.
