Position Overview:As a Work Winning Insolvency Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key business referrers, such as accountants, solicitors, and financial advisors. Your focus will be on generating new business opportunities, promoting the firm's insolvency services, and converting leads into active cases.

In addition to business development, you will oversee the full lifecycle of insolvency processes, ensuring clients receive expert guidance through their financial challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and secure new corporate insolvency cases by building relationships with referrers and developing a strong professional network.
  • Client Management: Provide strategic advice to clients in financial distress, offering tailored insolvency solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with key partners, including accountants, solicitors, and financial advisors, to drive referral business.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified Insolvency Practitioner (JIEB preferred).
  • Strong business development experience within the insolvency sector.
