Sue Ross Recruitment are currently working on a fantastic Export Administrator opportunity on behalf of our client, a successful manufacturing company based North of Sheffield. This is a 12 month contract, working full time Monday to Friday, hyrbird working.
This role requires an experience Export Administratorto provide an outstanding Customer Experience by handling customer queries and complaints.
Working in a supporting and busy team environment key duties and responsibilities will include;
- Dealing with export paperwork and certifications
- Dealing with customer queries over the phone, email and online
- Providing technical advice to customers
- Updating the CRM system with accurate information
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Providing support to other team members
- Dealing with complaints
You must be confident at speaking with customers and have the ability to deal with dissatisfied customers whilst always enhancing the customer experience.
