Salary: From 25,000 p/a + commission (30,000 OTE)

Adept Resourcing is proud to be partnering with a market leading lighting and energy company with a nationwide reputation and presence. The right Internal Sales Person will be joining a fast-paced and energetic team of consultants to promote the companies expanding services.
Together we are looking for a driven and resilient Internal Sales Person with experience in telesales and rejection handling. It is crucial the right candidate is able to bounce back from rejection and is unafraid of cold calling as part of their day-to-day duties.
Alongside full product and service training the right Internal Sales Person will be given the opportunity to earn uncapped commission for booking consultations and for completion of overall projects within the business.

Internal Sales Person Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Will effectively and efficiently secure appointments for Field Sales Consultants in line with corporate targets.
  • Be the first point of contact for potential customers.
  • Play a key role in representing the client's brand.
  • Understand customer needs and new business opportunities.
  • Manage all data and records to achieve targeted data and appointment conversions.
  • Identify opportunities and book appointment for the Field Sales Consultants.
  • Generate high-quality leads through a mixture of cold and warm calling.

Internal Sales Person Desired Qualification:

  • Min 5 GCSE's or equivalent.
  • Telesales experience - are you a hunter? Do you have the skills to get past the gatekeeper? This is a must!
  • Experience of CRM systems such as Mondays (advantageous but full training will be given)
  • Motivated and determined to exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resilient & able to handle rejection
