Prospero Teaching is looking for Tutors to work with young people across South Yorkshire.
Acting as a work-finding service, we provide tutors to a range of Local Authorities and Primary, Secondary and SEND Schools. We are looking for Tutors to provide lessons for Reception students through to post-16 learners who have strong mentoring skills and are passionate about teaching.
Prospero Teaching works with both experienced tutors who have experience teaching children on a one-to-one basis and fully qualified, experienced teachers.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS路 Location - Various locations across Sheffield路 Position - Tutor路 Type of work - Tuition - short, medium and long-term tutoring roles路 Start date - ASAP路 Hours - Flexible between 8:30 am - 7 pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS路 QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent (desirable but not essential)路 Previous experience working with young people路 Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (Prospero can provide this)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:路 Hold the Right to Work in the UK路 Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application路 Provide at least two professional references that cover the last two years
