The Administrator will play a key part in supporting the wider team in order to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:
- Processing sales orders
- Dealing with pricing enquiries via calls or emails
- Liaising with Despatch team to ensure shipments are on time
- Dealing with invoices
- Using CRM to input data
- General Administration support to wider team
Experience of the Administrator:
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages is preferred
