The successful candidate will be responsible for winning 'quality' bid submissions, you will be responsible for managing the process of bidding for and securing tendered opportunities.

Description

Develop winning 'quality' bid submissions.
Manage the process of bidding for and securing tendered opportunities
Maintain information to aid future bids
Work with Regional Directors and their teams to support bids
Liaison with the internal bid team including our Design Manager
Managing internal and externalrelationships with third parties
Reporting progress and issues to the HoB
Production of bidprogrammes and action plans
Increasing understanding of market and positions in the sector
Offer assistance, support and mentoring to other team members

Profile

Industry specific knowledge
Proven track record in the housing sector
Previous experience in a similar role of one or more of the following products planned and / or responsive maintenance and retrofit / sustainability
High level of interpersonal skills
Good at developing relationships
Able to communicate at all levels
Proven project management skills
