Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring timely and accurate of all invoices
Building and maintaining good work relationships with external clients
Approving invoices in line with client protocol
Provide regular AR reporting to clients where needed
Dealing with invoices queries and responding in a timely manner
Processing credit card payments
Reviewing and understanding clients billing protocol
Auditing client invoices
Monday to Friday - 9 - 5 (flexi time offered)

Profile

Successful candidate will possess:

Worked in similar background before
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft proficient
Ability to work to timed deadlines

Job Offer

Salary up to £30,000 per annum + 28 days annual leave (plus banks option to 5 buy more) + 5% Pension + Free on site parking + Work from home.
