Your new companyA thriving and successful manufacturing business in the Dinnington area is looking to strengthen the team with a new permanent member of staff.Your new roleAs a Commercial/Sales Administrator (this is NOT a sales role!) you will be involved in the quoting and ordering process for customers (many repeat clients!). Joining a happy and supportive team, this will be an office-based role with plenty of product training, so it is imperative that you are inquisitive and open to learning.Duties:-

  • Producing quotes and raising orders
  • Following up on quotations and ensuring customers have everything they need for a project
  • Attending production meetings and liaising with the technical team
  • Ensuring accurate pricing is achieved
  • Taking responsibly for projects from beginning to end
  • Customer liaison with regard to progress and delivery

You will work in a similar role and be used to a fast-paced environment.What you'll need to succeedIt is imperative that you have solid administration experience and are used to working within Excel. You must have first-class communication skills and have an excellent standard of written and verbal English and Maths. You will be confident, inquisitive, eager to succeed and have the ability to pick things up quickly and work autonomously whilst being able to juggle and prioritise tasks efficiently.What you'll get in returnA great working environment and a supportive team.
