Depot Manager
Salary:
£30,000 - £32,000 per annum
Location:
Dinnington, Yorkshire
Hours:
8 hour shifts (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily store operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Train and supervise store staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Implement loss prevention measures to minimise theft and shrinkage
- Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
The Person (Skills / Experience):
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Strong team management skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing a team
- Proven ability to supervise employees and provide guidance
