Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily store operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Train and supervise store staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
  • Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
  • Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
  • Implement loss prevention measures to minimise theft and shrinkage
  • Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for growth



The Person (Skills / Experience):

  • Previous experience in a retail management role
  • Strong team management skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing a team
  • Proven ability to supervise employees and provide guidance
