The Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Forensic Planner/Delay Analyst to join an expanding team. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting forensic planning and delay analysis on complex construction projects.
  • Preparing expert reports and providing expert witness testimony.
  • Advising clients on contractual and commercial matters related to delays and disruptions.
  • Working closely with our team of experts to develop effective strategies for resolving disputes.
  • Actively participating in our unique in-house knowledge-sharing and coaching programs.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members..

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in forensic planning and delay analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT and NEC).
  • Experience in adjudication and expert witness proceedings.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A relevant degree in a construction-related field.
