I'm working with a South Yorkshire based Tech For Good company who are looking to appoint a Head of Solution Delivery to sit within the Software Engineering team and reporting to the CTOAs the Head of Solution Delivery, you will be responsible for leading the end to end delivery of complex software solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and technical expectations. You will be working closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders to drive efficient processes and successful project outcomes.Key Headlines:
- Lead and Manage the Solution Delivery function
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Oversee end to end project delivery
- Collaborate with product Managers, Engineers and Stakeholders to prioritise deliverables
- Establish and improve Agile deliver methodologies
- Drive technical best practice
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project deadlines
Experience Required:
- Proven experience within a senior delivery leadership role
- Strong background in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Experience managing complex large scale software projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Strong understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure of Google Cloud)
- A track record of delivering software solutions on time and within budget
