Job Title: Hire & Sales Coordinator
Location: Sheffield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
Salary: 26,500
Adept resourcing group is proud to be working alongside a prestigious and well-known solution provider in the water and waste management sector. Together we are searching for a Hire & Sales Coordinator to join their team.
The right Hire & Sales Coordinator will be an attentive and detail orientated professional with a background in system coordination and customer service. Experience in a Sales or technical Administration role is desirable but we encourage anyone with strong customer service and order processing experience to apply.
Hire & Sales Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer and Supplier queries submitted to the hire desk.
- Maintain communication with the workshop to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Meet customer demand levels in conjunction with the workshop.
- Maximise sales opportunities on customer orders.
- Daily reviewing of the external service schedule.
- Resolve customer complaints and supplier issues efficiently.
Hire & Sales Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications:
- A strong track record in a customer services role with a sales focus.
- Previous experience in a Sales or Technical Administration role.
- The ability to communicate across various departments.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Attentive with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well as a team and individually.
