This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for human resources and a keen interest in the legal sector.Key Responsibilities:HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing new hires, and handling leavers. Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the firm. Employee Relations: Provide support on employee relations matters, including absence management, performance appraisals, and disciplinary procedures. HR Systems Management: Maintain and update the HR information system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Training Coordination: Support the coordination and administration of training programs and professional development initiatives. Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including pensions and holiday entitlements.Candidate Requirements:Experience: Previous experience in HR administration, preferably within a legal or professional services environment. Education: CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable. Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
