An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator within the People Services Transactions team at a leading public sector organisation in Sheffield Centre. Positioned at the heart of transformation, the People function is pivotal in delivering a culture that promotes flexibility, learning, and empowerment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the People Officer in providing a high-quality, effective, and efficient transactional people service.
  • Ensure the delivery of the service’s People Strategy to all employees and stakeholders.
  • Engage in note-taking during meetings to ensure all pertinent information is accurately recorded and accessible.
  • Work collaboratively within a small team, applying administration procedures and systems to provide a quality customer-focused transactional service.
  • Ensure objectives are consistently achieved through a flexible approach.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of HR functions and their contribution to organisational effectiveness.
  • Awareness of HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong administration skills with a focus on providing high-quality customer service.
