As a HR Data Administrator, you will be reporting directly into the Senior HR Advisor and play a pivotal role in supporting in the day to day running of the HR function. Our client is looking for someone who has strong Microsoft Excel skills and is capable in data and reporting. As a HR Data Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Administration of the full employee life-cycle including offer letters, contracts, changes to terms & conditions 
  • Leading on absence management and recruitment reporting 
  • Supporting with payroll calculations and collating data 
  • Support with the recruitment process administration and adding new starters onto the system
  • Amendments to contractual & personal details in line with HR policies, systems, processes and any service level agreements

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator with strong Microsoft excel skills.
