Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalised recommendations.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and increase salon revenue.
- Assist in front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Mentor junior stylists and trainees, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends.
Skills
- Level 2 & 3 Qualified
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in barbering is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficient in upselling techniques to promote salon services and products.
- Ability to manage store operations efficiently, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Experience in mentoring or training others is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
