About the Role

As Head of the English Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the English curriculum and fostering a love of literature and language across the school. This full-time position is set to commence in January 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Oversee the strategic direction, development, and day-to-day management of the English department. Inspire and motivate your team to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement an innovative and challenging English curriculum that caters to a diverse range of learners, promoting excellent progress and attainment.

About You

To be considered for this role, you should have:
