Junior Fire and Security Alarm Engineer
£28,000 - £30,000 plus bonuses £50,000 OTE
A highly successful fire protection, intruder alarm and CCTV, installation and maintenance company is recruiting for an experienced Fire and Security Alarm Engineer.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a junior engineer to support cover areas between Nottingham and Sheffield. This is a door-to-door role, although you will be required to go into the offices from time to time.
The ideal candidate will have some experience with either Fire or CCTV and looking to learn on the job.
About you
- The ideal candidate should understand the fire alarm industry.
- Desire to learn new skills and develop into a more senior Fire and CCTV Engineer
- Full UK driving licence
- Be able to pass an enhanced CRB check
- Good customer service qualities
- Positive attitude
- Time keeping and organisation
- Willingness to work hard
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to operate well under pressure
Working Hours
- Required to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
- Overtime paid at various rates for hours worked over 37.5 hours per week.
- Door to door role - you will get paid from when you leave home.
Pay & Benefits
- Basic salary circa £28,000 -£30,000 based on experience.
- Engineer commission scheme - Expected OTE of £50K+
