HSE Coordinator – Sheffield – up to £30,000Chase & Holland are excited to be partnering with a leading international manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator. As HSE Coordinator, you will ensure that all procedures are adhered to in a safe manner whilst maintaining a high quality of work, working towards set deadlines and targets in the most efficient and productive way.The business is seeing a strong period of growth year on year and it’s a fantastic time to join!In Return You’ll Receive:

Responsibilities of the HSE Coordinator:
  • Supporting the improvement of Health, Safety and Environmental performance & engagement
  • Responsible for ensuring that investigations are suitably progressed by supervisors and managers, communicating outcome to management
  • Involved with the internal auditing program for 45001 & 14001
  • Liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for providing professional expertise in the risk assessment process and safety inspection program
  • Responsible for the provision and delivery of HSE related training programs
  • Monthly reports of key health and safety data
  • Meeting company health and safety goals by carryout monitoring and measuring exercises
Skills Required:
  • Internal auditing
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, easily approachable
  • A driving licence - essential for jobs involving travel between local sites
  • NEBOSH General certificate (Desirable)
  • Environmental Qualification (Desirable)
  • Auditing experience in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 (Desirable)
