Position Details:

  • Location: Sheffield
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent
  • Shift: Night shifts
  • Salary:
    • £11.65 per hour (No NVQs)
    • £11.85 per hour (NVQ Level 2)
    • £12.20 per hour (NVQ Level 3)

Your Role:

As a Night Carer, you will provide exceptional care and support to their residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the night. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitoring and attending to residents' needs throughout the night.
  • Ensuring residents' rooms and communal areas are clean and safe.
  • Supporting residents with any emotional or medical needs during the night.
  • Working as part of a caring and professional team to deliver high standards of care.

What We're Looking For:

  • A kind, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Previous experience in a care setting is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided.
  • NVQ qualifications in Health and Social Care are preferred but not essential.
