Position Details:
- Location: Sheffield
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent
- Shift: Night shifts
- Salary:
- £11.65 per hour (No NVQs)
- £11.85 per hour (NVQ Level 2)
- £12.20 per hour (NVQ Level 3)
Your Role:
As a Night Carer, you will provide exceptional care and support to their residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the night. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitoring and attending to residents' needs throughout the night.
- Ensuring residents' rooms and communal areas are clean and safe.
- Supporting residents with any emotional or medical needs during the night.
- Working as part of a caring and professional team to deliver high standards of care.
What We're Looking For:
- A kind, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Previous experience in a care setting is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided.
- NVQ qualifications in Health and Social Care are preferred but not essential.
