Day Rate: 95 - 105 per day
Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Long Term Futures is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream secondary school in Sheffield (S10). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to contribute positively to students' education and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Collaborate with teachers to understand and address the unique learning needs of individual students.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
- Encourage positive behaviour and help students follow school expectations.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles, helping students to achieve their full potential.
Person Specification:
- Experience working with students/young people with diverse learning needs and offering adaptive support.
- Strong passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
- An Enhanced DBS and two professional references required for this position
