Elevation Recruitment Group’s HR Division are pleased to be working in partnership with one of Sheffield’s longest standing Engineering firms on the role of HR Manager on a full time, permanent basis.
This standalone HR Manager role would involve working in partnership with the board of Directors and Senior Managers to ensure HR Compliance across the business. This role provides a great opportunity to work for an established, successful, and welcoming organisation that prides themselves on their track record of success within the Engineering Industry.
As a HR Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Probation reviews for employees across all levels throughout the business
- Taking a lead on all disciplinaries and investigations should they arise
- Utilising HR Project Management systems software
- Coordinating recruitment campaigns
- Working closely with higher education partners to arrange technical qualifications and further development pathways for employees throughout the business
- Producing weekly and monthly HR reporting for Senior Management

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong track record of success within a similar, multi-disciplined, autonomous HR role. You will need to have a strong knowledge of employment law best practice as well as being competent using Microsoft Office packages. A CIPD qualification is desirable however not essential depending on experience.
