Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a global manufacturing company who are looking to appoint a HR Advisor at their Sheffield siteon a 6 months fixed term contract.As a HR Advisor, you will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and providing first line support to line managers and colleagues on HR processes, queries and policies to ensure consistent advice is provided across all UK sites. As a HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Coach, guide and upskill line managers in all HR policies and procedures
- Managing all areas of the employee lifecycle
- Providing support to management teams on Employee Relations cases
- Supporting with the management of short and long term absence
- Supporting with project work as and when required
- Ensuring compliance is adhered to during the onboarding process
